Privacy Policy

C'est La Nantaise Boutique (“the Maison”, “we”) respects the confidentiality of its clients. This Privacy Policy describes what personal data we collect, why, and the rights the client holds over it.

Article 1.Data We Collect

  1. Contact and order data: name, email address, telephone number, shipping and billing addresses, and order history — provided by the client when ordering or corresponding.
  2. Technical data: device and browser information, pages visited, and approximate location, collected via cookies and similar technologies as described in the Cookie Policy.
  3. Payment data is processed exclusively by our payment provider (Shopify Payments / hosted checkout); the Maison never receives or stores full card numbers.

Article 2.Purposes of Processing

  1. Performance of the sales contract: fulfilling, shipping, and supporting orders.
  2. Client correspondence and the Private List (marketing), subject to consent where required.
  3. Legal compliance, fraud prevention, and the improvement of our services.

Article 3.Sharing of Data

  1. Data is shared only with processors necessary to operate the Maison: Shopify (storefront and checkout hosting), payment providers, and shipping carriers.
  2. We do not sell personal data. A consolidated record of disclosures is available on request.
  3. Clients may exercise opt-out rights respecting the sale or sharing of personal information via our Privacy Choices page.

Article 4.Retention

  1. Order records are retained for seven (7) years for tax and accounting compliance; marketing data is retained until consent is withdrawn.

Article 5.Client Rights

  1. The client may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of their personal data, and may object to or restrict processing, by writing to support@cestlanantaise.com. Requests are answered within thirty (30) days.
  2. California residents hold the rights described in our Privacy Choices page, including the right to non-discrimination for exercising them.

Article 6.Security

  1. The Maison applies appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encrypted transmission (TLS) and restricted access, to protect personal data.
