Returns & Refunds Policy
Last updated: October 8, 2026
This Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of the Terms of Service of C'est La Nantaise Boutique. It sets out the client's right to return pieces and the Maison's corresponding obligations.
Article 1.Right of Return
- The client may return any unworn piece, in its original condition with tags and packaging intact, within thirty (30) calendar days of delivery, for any reason.
- To initiate a return, the client shall write to support@cestlanantaise.com with the order number; return authorization and a prepaid label shall be issued within two (2) business days.
Article 2.Return Shipping at the Maison's Expense
- Return shipping is free: the Maison bears the cost of return postage on all authorized returns, domestic and international.
- The client shall not be charged restocking fees, handling fees, or any deduction from the refund for exercising the right of return.
Article 3.Inspection and Refund
- Returned pieces are inspected within three (3) business days of receipt. Where the piece meets the conditions of Article 1, a full refund is issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds appear within five to ten (5–10) business days depending on the client's financial institution; the Maison provides written confirmation upon issuance.
- Pieces returned worn, damaged, or without original packaging may be refused, or refunded in part at the Maison's reasonable discretion, with reasons given in writing.
Article 4.Exchanges
- Where a different color or variant is desired, the client may request an exchange in the return correspondence; exchanges ship complimentary under the Shipping Policy.
Article 5.Non-Returnable Circumstances
- For reasons of hygiene, earrings are final sale unless faulty. Faulty pieces are remedied under Article 6 regardless of category.
Article 6.Faulty or Misdescribed Pieces
- Should a piece arrive faulty or materially misdescribed, the client is entitled to a full refund including any return postage, or a replacement at no charge, without regard to the thirty-day period — provided notice is given within a reasonable time of discovery.
