Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute the agreement between C'est La Nantaise Boutique (“the Maison”, “we”) and the client (“you”) for the use of cestlanantaise.com and the purchase of our pieces.

Article 1.The Maison and Its Offer

  1. C'est La Nantaise Boutique offers women's fashion accessories — handbags, jewelry, eyewear, scarves, hair accessories, belts and wallets — through this storefront, with checkout completed on Shopify's secure hosted checkout.
  2. All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). No hidden fees are added; shipping is complimentary worldwide and taxes or duties are disclosed before payment where applicable.

Article 2.Orders and Acceptance

  1. An order constitutes an offer by the client; the contract is formed upon our written order confirmation.
  2. We reserve the right to decline orders in cases of manifest pricing error, suspected fraud, or unavailability, with prompt refund of any payment taken.

Article 3.Product Information

  1. We endeavor to depict pieces faithfully; minor variations in color may arise from display settings. Materials are described on each product page.
  2. Product imagery and copy are the property of the Maison and may not be reproduced without permission.

Article 4.Shipping and Returns

  1. Fulfillment is governed by the Shipping Policy; returns and refunds by the Returns & Refunds Policy, both incorporated herein by reference.

Article 5.Acceptable Use

  1. The client shall not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or submit unlawful content through its forms.

Article 6.Limitation of Liability

  1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Maison's liability is limited to the purchase price of the piece giving rise to the claim. Nothing herein limits liability for fraud or for rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

Article 7.Governing Law

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith correspondence with the Maison.

Article 8.Amendments

  1. We may amend these Terms; the version in force at the time of order governs that order. Material changes are noted by the “Last updated” date above.
